My 2019 Planner Picks
I love picking out a new planner at the end of every year, as I look forward with hope and expectant faith for the year to come.
I did quite a bit of research this year, so I thought I would put together a list of my top three planner picks to help others who might be on the search for their perfect planner. :)
First, I’ll start with the planner I selected for 2019:
Horacio Printing’s Dream Planner (in grey):
This planner is a lovely soft gray linen, and I anticipate it becoming a keepsake of all God does in and through me in 2019. It includes scripture throughout, as well as prompts that help you set goals, connect with God, and live intentionally. I especially like the “heart check” and “praise report” sections.
Here’s what’s included in every planner:
🌟 Dream Planning
🌟 Personal Growth Planning
🌟 Refocus Cloud
🌟 Generosity Planning
🌟 Heart Check
🌟 Two Page Weekly Spread with weekly verse
🌟 Two Page Monthly Spread with monthly verse
🌟 Seasonal Refresh
🌟 Monthly Praise Report
🌟 Monthly Notes Pages
Horacio’s mission is to help individuals unlock their inner artist and connect with their God-given purpose. And 10 percent of every product sold is donated to A21.org, which is a non-profit organization that fights human trafficking globally.
I’m excited to dive in with my Dream Planner and get goal-setting next week during PowerSheets prep week! (P.S. I’ll have more goal-setting posts and resources coming to the blog soon!)
If this looks like a good fit for you, you can use the code LOVED to get 10% off your order! :)
P.S. There are two additional designs and interior layouts you can choose from: white or black marble, and horizontal/vertical interior layouts.
What I love about The Faithful Life Planner is that it combines a planner with a quiet time journal. The mission behind the planner is faithfulness over success and purposeful living over simply staying busy. (I love that!)
Each planner includes:
Guided prompts to discover and record your 2019 purpose
2019 & 2020 Years at a Glance Calendars
Monthly Calendars with space for notes
Purposeful Pauses with prompts for reflection and resetting
Space for Sermon Notes
Personal Time with God
Weekly Planner Spread
Daily vertical columns with space for renewing your mind, giving thanks, appointments, to-dos, etc.
Daily habit tracker
Scripture and devotional quotes on every week
Intentional Planning: Pray, plan, and gain perspective for the days ahead using monthly and weekly perspective pages
Quarterly Goal Setting
Year end reflection to help you see all the ways God has worked
Extra notes pages for doodling, prayer, planning, lists, etc.
I love the way The Faithful Life Planner simplifies things and keeps everything God is doing/leading you to do in one place. I also love that on the daily spreads there’s a place to record: “what I get to do today” and “what was great about today?”. Both of those questions are powerful perspective shifts, and I can see how answering them each day would orient our hearts to be expectant and grateful for all God is doing and will do.
The Intentional Planner from Lucy Celebrates is not only gorgeous (hello lovely leatherette binder!), but also has a great story and heart behind it. The company’s mission is life beautifully made, and each product, including The Intentional Planner, is designed to remind you of God’s Truth and help you keep it as the center of your life, so you can walk with Him closely and faithfully respond to the unique calling He has on your life.
Each daily spread has areas to journal, pray, celebrate, and love others. It also has inspirational scriptures to provide guidance and inspire reflection, praise, and service.
I love this little blurb from their About page:
Today, we continue to celebrate life’s blessings and also something so much more profound. We celebrate the hope that lies ahead. We celebrate all that is promised from our sovereign God. We celebrate being made new every morning. We celebrate not only all the blessings of life but also the Giver of life — the one we are to praise, honor, and obey. Hope, renewal, strength, and inspiration are found in the pages of His Word, and we aim to help others access the joy that is obtained when in relationship with Him.
The Intentional Planner includes:
Daily, weekly, and monthly pages
Daily sections include: schedule, to-do, prayer journal, and intentions
One day per 2 pages
½ hourly schedule from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Weekly prep pages
Full month views
Extra notes section
Encouraging Bible verses throughout
I love the space to set intentions, as well as the reminders to boldly ask the Lord and also praise Him for all the ways He is so good and faithful. There’s also a section to track health-related goals/daily habits (and I’m always needing to be more intentional in that area!).
I hope this post has been helpful, if you’re on the search for your perfect 2019 planner!
I’d love to hear what planner you end up selecting (or if you have a favorite planner that I might not even know about!).
